We utilized an entire sheet of flour for making naan bread, and it turned out wonderfully. Best flour to make your Roti

One of the best flour to make the Roti. It is course and full of barn makes it easy to stomach. Reminds me of my childhood days when I used to visit my grandparents. My parents are visiting and they also like the flavour and texture. My son also likes the roti better.

The store brought whole wheat flour feels like all purpose flour still.

We had also tried the pearled wheat flour but this blend is better for rolling out the rotis.
