100% pearled wheat flour
I started experimenting with this flour a few weeks ago. I cannot believe how much this flour helps strengthen my sourdough starter. It creates the perfect consistency when feeding it to bake with. I always have trouble getting my starter thickness just right, but with this flour, I can get it to the desired thickness every time! If you are a baker, I highly recommend giving this flour a try. The bread comes out fluffy with just the right amount of moisture and crispness. It is simply delicious - mouth watering. I love that you can find this flour local to Saskatoon. I will be purchasing more in the future!! My customers notice a difference in taste when I use Sixteen Grains flour versus store bought.

I use half Pearled Wheat and half Strong bread flour for my sourdough bread and buns and the texture is amazing! It is my favourite!
